About Donald Cansino

Being a loan officer is a truly rewarding role where I have the luxury of partnering with my clients in their short-term and long-term goals. After working in the banking industry for nearly a decade, I am an expert in navigating the lending process to ensure my clients understand and pilot their futures. As a former Californian, I have a great appreciation for our little piece of Heaven in the amazing Inland Northwest. My family and I are truly blessed to call North Idaho our home. Being a member of this community, I strive to deliver a home loan experience that is empowering to my future and current peers.

I am licensed in Idaho and Washington State and work exclusively with clients seeking financing for 1 to 4 unit residential homes, including vacation homes, investment properties, and refinances. I also work closely with local professionals to ensure a smooth relocation for anyone moving to Idaho or Washington.

I am a board member of Women’s Counsel of Realtors and an active volunteer for local charities including our local Food Banks, Children’s Village, and many others. In my free time, I enjoy camping, barbecuing and everything outdoors with my beautiful wife, Aimee and our incredible son, Dante.
